“We are a small artisan producer of fruit cheese (membrillo), the intensely-flavoured set fruit preserve for serving with cheese or other savoury food.  We aim to reduce the waste of good quality food and to make the best use of local resources by using surplus fruit from gardens and allotments which would otherwise waste.”
