From an industrial unit in the heart of Tottenham, Wildes Cheese make great artisan cheese.  Known as the Urban Cheesemakers they have gained themselves a reputation for producing quality cheeses full of flavour and personality.

Wildes Cheese are passionate about quality and provenance and have created their own range of cheeses rather than reproduce others.  Their recipes all use the best quality milk from a single herd of Jersey cows that graze the fields of the Lune Valley in Lancashire. They use vegetarian rennet in all their cheeses too. 

You'll find Wildes Cheese at Alexandra Palace Farmers Market , Broadway Market  and other events across North London including  The Enfield Food Festival

They also offer courses at the Dairy so you can learn some cheese making too !
