Our friend Genine always has great recipe ideas for her herbs and to kick us off here's a classic sage and onion stuffing for Christmas.
Genine's Sage and Onion Stuffing
7 sage leaves, finely chopped
200g breadcrumbs
a couple of finely chopped/ minced medium sized onions
salt and pepper
a teaspoon of mustard
Simply mix all of the ingredients together and bake in the oven in a pot, roll into little balls and bake on a tray or stuff your turkey.
